Enjoy Being Active

Enjoying physical activity is the key to active living everyday. There are lots of things you can do.

  • Get off the bus early or leave the car behind.
  • Grow flowers or veg in your garden or take up an allotment,
  • Walk the dog,
  • Do some exercise in your lunch break,
  • Play football with the kids.
  • In your spare time, try, swimming, cycling, martial arts, dancing, or any other activity that you enjoy. Try and persuade your family or friends to take part with you.
