Enjoying
physical activity is the key to active living everyday. There are lots
of things you can do.
Get off the bus early or leave the car behind.
Grow flowers or veg in your garden or take up an allotment,
Walk the dog,
Do some exercise in your lunch break,
Play football with the kids.
In your spare time, try, swimming, cycling, martial arts, dancing,
or any other activity that you enjoy. Try and persuade your family or
friends to take part with you.
