The Video files can be downloaded to your computer by right-clicking on the links below, then selecting 'Save as.' in the menu. The Video Ipod format can be played on a video iPod by downloading the file to your computer then drag and drop the file into iTunes. The file will appear on your video iPod the next time you connect your iPod to your computer. If you are using Safari to view the Video iPod version, hold down 'control' and click on 'Play' then select 'Save linked file to desktop'. Once the file has downloaded remove the '.txt' from the end of the file name.
